PSG target massive Mata bid. Paris Saint-Germain are ready to fork out 41million euros to secure the services of Juan Mata from Chelsea in January, reports claim. Mata has struggled for regular action at Stamford Bridge this term under boss Jose Mourinho, despite being one of the Blues' star performers last season. The winger started against Arsenal and grabbed a goal in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday and said after that he is happy at the club and willing to fight for his place. However it is also claimed he will consider a January move if he cannot break into the starting side in the Premier League in order to ensure he is included in the Spain squad for the World Cup next summer. Chelsea are willing to listen to offers for the 25-year-old but will not consider bids from any Premier League rivals, including Arsenal and Tottenham, which would leave PSG as the leading contenders to complete a deal in the New Year. A 41million euro bid has been suggested as PSG seek to strengthen their attacking options when the transfer window reopens.
